Our client is a UK-based global IT and management consultancy company. It provides the full spectrum of systems integration and outsourcing services, including System Design, Applications and Product Development, Applications Management, Infrastructure Management (IM) and Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Would you want to work with them at their Bangalore location as an Online Consultant ? Skills/Requirements: # Communications experience - ability to train/support/motivate international online community in the best way to use online tools # Website experience - understanding of how websites can be used to share knowledge and disseminate information about Logica to both internal and external audiences # In depth knowledge of using a CMS to edit and publish content (training will be provided on custom CMS built for the company) #Knowledge of SEO and accessibility techniques # Documentation - create and maintain user manuals and other guidance material related to external website and intranet applications (or review if created by other project teams) # Problem resolution skills - work with internal/external teams to resolve issues identified on online feedback forms # Excellent command of English language # Motivated and persuasive – ability to 'make it happen' # Can-do attitude; very responsive; Team worker # Multi-tasking; prioritization skills # High flexible; mobile; self-starter # Ability to work without constant supervision Experience: 7 - 9 yrs Interested ?
