EDP Manager / IS Manager / IT Manager required , Pune

Dear IT Managers, Hello ! I represent Zend Consulting Services, a premier Executive Search organization. We specialize in IT, BFSI and Senior Level positions. Our clients are amongst some of the most recognized names in their Industry across the Globe. At this point of time we have been given a Mandate from our client for hiring a "Senior IT Manager" for their organization. Our client is a Large Manufacturing Organization in India. They have several Production Facilities in India and are setting up some overseas too. They are in the process of setting up an ERP system in their organization for some of the processes. They would prefer to talk to a candidate who is currently working in a large EDP environment. The major responsibilities of the Head IT will be (Amongst others): - Lead the IT Team and setup/manage IT and Security policies for the organization - Lead and Manage the ERP/SCM/CRM Implementations in the organization - Manage application service providers, network service providers and facilities management providers in line with SLAs, quality of service and other deliverables - Manage IT capital and revenue budgets in line with corporate guidelines These are permanent positions based in Mumbai. They need to be closed immediately. To qualify for these positions you should: - Have a good Educational Background and also a Management Degree (Preferred) - Have 8 to 16 years of experience in IT and in Large Hybrid / Multi-locational Environments - Have experience in Managing the Complete IT Requirements (Software and Hardware) - Have experience in Managing the Oracle ERP Software - Have good experience in an Oracle Environment (Reports, DB, PL/SQL etc) - Have some experience in Hands-on Software Development Processes - Have experience in Managing Vendors and setting and monitoring Processes/SLA's - Have experience in IT Cost Management - Have experience in Setting and Managing IT and Security Policies for organizations - Have good communication/presentation skills - Local Candidates would be preferred If your experience fits the above profile and if you are interested in exploring these positions further, please send us your updated resume (.rtf/word format) to senior@zcsindia.com (senior @ zcsindia.com) mentioning "Head IT", your current location and years of experience in the Subject line of your mail to us.
