One of our clients a captive BPO in Mumbai to looking for the osition of "Manager- Internal Communications" Some details about the role: As the individual responsible for internal communication your main purpose is to own and manage all aspects of communications with employees, with the primary vehicle being the intranet. As part of the internal communications team you will also be responsible for other internal communications activities. The ideal person A graduate / post graduate degree in Mass Communication / Mass Media would be essential. An individual with prior experience in a BPO/ ITES work environment would be preferable for this position. Work experience between 8 12 years would be acceptable for this position. Skills required Online expertise previous knowledge of building, developing and managing intranets and other online communication methods Excellent written communication skills - written and verbal Editorial experience in an 'online' environment Excellent knowledge of PhotoShop and other designing tools Excellent knowledge of Flash, ASP and Movie-Maker Knowledge of the Business - company objectives, CRM objectives Proficiency in Coaching Skills, Internal stake holder engagement A Minimum of 2 years experience handling corporate communication Responsibility Develop, manage and implement internal communications plan, reaching across all employees globally Manage all internal communications vehicles including the intranet, internal newsletters and magazines Liaise closely with HR, Operations, support departments, Branding team and other departments to receive input and buy in to plan and communications, and help facilitate the execution Manage and help implement all executive and CRM roadshows Provide recommendations to all departments on department-specific events and communications (eg internal department workshops/messages) Review all materials used to communicate with employees or that affect employees including emails, posters, leaflets etc Develops direct reports through coaching, feedback, developmental trainings, cross functional exposure, enhancement of roles I wanted to establish your interest levels in the above position.
