| "Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain IBM Lotus Notes/Domino standards. Provide support and potentially provide direct support to end users, as escalated or justified. Monitor and maintain message routing and data replication. Support of base product upgrades and patches to all clients and servers. Maintain server backup and recovery procedures. Preserve Domino security models based on organization business rules. On-call available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week to address major hardware and software problems." "Requirements and Qualifications: Troubleshooting skills on internal/external email systems Troubleshooting of IBM Domino server environment Hardware configuration and troubleshooting skills including SAN and NAS storage Solid understanding and support of large DNS, WINS and DHCP networks Knowledge of collaboration tools BS/BA degree in Computer Science preferred Excellent analytical, troubleshooting and configuration skills 3+ years experience directly supporting Lotus Domino products in a multi-site environment and Lotus Certification. Experience with Sametime, Quickplace and Windows 2000/2003.
