| Urgent Requirment for Graduates/Undergraduates ( MBA and BPharma Holders Preferred ) for Marketing with India's Second largest Pharmaceutical Firm ( Total 3 Month -2 Yrs Exp),Selected candidates would be taken as 'Management Trainee' for the training period of one year. We have got an Urgent Requirement with India's Second largest Pharmaceutical Firm(Based in Mumbai) as Management Trinee / Territory Managers for West/Central India Locations .They are doing inperson interviews (only for shortlisted candidates ) for Ahmedabad on Wednesday (25/02/09) and Nagpur on (28/02/09) . Job Designation: Management Trinee / Teritory Manager Job Location: Pune,Mumbai, Nagpur,Indore,Ahmadabad Exp Required: 3 Months to 2 Yrs in Pharma industry or Sales Qualification: MBA, B Pharma(Prefered), ** Candidates with any Discipline (Even Undergraduates with some marketing experience can apply but age should be above 18 Yrs and upto 25 yrs) Other Criteria: * Strong communication skill. * Willing to relocate, * Age should be below 26 years. for fresher for Non Pharma, * Age should be below 27 years for Experienced for Pharma Background, * Should not have experience in more than 2 companies (Pharma/Non Pharma) * Candidate should not have more than 1 to 1.5 yrs experience if he is from Non Pharma Company / background. * CTC provided to the selected candidates would be 1.8 - 2.1 lakh per annum depending upon location. * He/she should be keen to join pharma marketing, any inclination towards R and D or QA / QC would result in rejection of such candidates. * Candidates who are pursuing some kind of full time degree course or diploma would not be considered. *Selected candidates would be taken as 'Management Trainee' for the training period of one year. On confirmation they would be designated as 'Territory Managers'. Selection Process: Candidates are required to give a Preliminary interview with the respective Business Managers (BM) on clearance on Prelim Interview they are asked to give and online test which would test their Communication skills, Pronunciation of words, Aptitude and listening skills.After successful completion of online test the candidates are invited for final interview.
