-- The Program Manager will lead development teams in designing, coding and field-proofing a range of software products for various applications within the Healthcare space. -- S/he will play the role of a software system architect as well as that of a project manager and will work with the Product Management Cell to support the sales and growth of the products. -- Candidates should have an Engineering / advanced Science degree, with at least 6 years' experience in developing software, preferably for clinical / diagnostic applications within the Healthcare space. -- S/he should have had some project management experience and must have led small teams through different parts of the software development cycle. -- Experience in implementing standards-based software engineering processes will be an advantage. -- Candidates should have a very high level of technical ability and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. -- S/he must have a high level of interpersonal and leadership skills, as well as good communication skills. -- Should also have the ability to translate market requirements into product design and features and should be voraciously curious in remaining current with relevant technology.
