| "Experience : 8Yrs + Responsibilties: Manage multiple projects through the project life cycle to delivery Ensure clear project definitions including requirements, identify and engage key stakeholders, apply project estimation techniques, change management, as well as overall efficient project execution and project retrospective feedback Manage and deliver projects per defined scope, on time and within budget Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects Create, maintain, and communicate project plans to all concerned Consults with management and review project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources Develops project plans specifying goals, , staffing, scheduling, identification of risks and contingency plans Defines scope and objectives of project Identifies and schedules project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks Coordinate activities of project team members to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget Prepares project status reports and keeps stakeholders of the project informed of project status and related issues Manage project budgets and report on actuals and variances Primary link to the Project Management Center of Expertise" "Travel is not necessarily required but may be initiated as necessary. Maintaining a flexible work schedule while working with other geographies is required. External Qualifications : Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science,Information Systems or related field with four(4+) years of demonstrated experience, or equivalent IT work experience (8+ years). Required Skills : At least about 3 years of IT project-management experience, preferably in the information security domain Proven skills in project management with Knowledge of Project Management Life Cycle methodologies and processes Excellent project-management, planning, coordination, communication,presentation, , organization and facilitation skills Strong track record of managing and delivering on projects on time and within budget Results-oriented Excellent abilities to ensure clear project definitions including requirements, identify and engage key stakeholders, apply project estimation techniques, change management, as well as overall efficient project execution and project retrospective feedback Ability to identify and proactively manage project risks Must have experience working in a 'Global' environment, and ability to foster and strengthen relationships with Global stakeholders (peer IT teams, business teams, end-user teams, corporate function teams, service-providers, etc.). Continuous improvement mindset: Ability to formulate and improve processes Ability to be engaged in off-hour meetings Ability to reduce broad concepts and strategies into structured projects Strong leadership, negotiation, influencing and collaboration skills Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead collaboration with various project teams and outsourced service providers Must be able to effectively interact with Agilent IT service lines, 3rd party service providers, and senior management Must be able to work independently to drive and lead efforts to meet objectives Project Management Certification (PMP .
