These positions are based in Mumbai and needs to be filled in at the earliest. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for technology deliverables. Besides others, he will be responsible for: - Managing the complete IT infrastructure of the company across multiple locations using best practices (ITIL framework) - Directing, Establishing, Planning and implementing the policies and procedures to support the organizations IT Infrastructure Support Services - Ensuring that the vendors follow Defined Guidelines, Security Protocols etc. - Acting as a single point of contact for all technology issues - Determining need for coordination of efforts with other team members to ensure timely quality of Technical Service to Clients and Users - Coordinating with External Vendors for purchase of IT Equipments and Services To qualify for these positions, you should: - Have a good educational background (B.E/M.E/MCA or equivalent) - Have around 10 to 15 years of total experience - Have atleast 3 years of experience of working as a Service Delivery Manager OR Infrastructure Manager - Be able to Grow Existing Accounts, Make Presentation to Clients along with the Sales Team as and when required - Be able to Meet the Target Dates, Commitments and Quality Objectives - Be able to take personal initiative and provide support through implementation of allocated work, process and procedures on time - Be able to interact with end users extensively to understand and analyze their IT requirements - Be able to Prepare Customer plans for existing and new clients - Be able to Identify and develop future leaders with personal focus on mentoring and coaching - Have excellent Communication, Customer Interfacing and Presentation Skills - Be able to relocate to Mumbai If you fit the above and are interested in exploring this further, please send us your detailed Resume in word/.rtf format to senior@zcsindia.com (senior @ zcsindia.com) mentioning "Service Delivery/Infrastructure Mgr" somewhere in the subject line to enable us to shortlist your resume faster.
