Job Description:- ** Responsible for developing programs as per the specifications and standards. ** Responsible for preparation of program specifications whenever required. ** Responsible for preparation and review of test plans. ** Responsible for Unit testing. ** Participation in Peer reviews. ** Adherence to Quality Standards. ** Carry out other project related functions set by the Project Leader. ** Report to the Project Leader. Personal Qualities:- ** Dynamic / Enthusiastic Personality ** Positive Attitude ** Team worker ** Logical and analytical skills ** Ability to meet project deadlines ** Excellent written and verbal communication skills ** Self initiative and good learning ability Experience:-- ** 2+ years Experience in J2EE, Java application design, Core programming skills to include experience with: EJB, JSP, Struts, Servlets, Applets, JDBC, HTML, XML and Oracle PL/SQL, MySQL. ** Completion of a minimum of two full life cycle development projects ** Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, application architecture and development ** Experience in implementing web-based applications with Apache / Tomcat and / or Weblogic on Unix/Linux and Windows.
