Location: Hyderabad Experience: 4 - 99 years experience

Educational Qualification :- Candidates should be BE/MCA/M.Sc. (IT/CS) from a reputed institute or university Job Description # 4 to 6 years of QA experience (3+ years in testing) and at least 2 years on Testing tools. # QA Lead of an approximately 3-5 QA Team and 10-15 member development team # Very good competency in SQA process # Excellent understanding of the full SDLC and the associated SQA processes # Hands on experience in preparation of Test plans # Very good understanding of quality expectations. # Very good ability to enforce quality drivers. # Good ability to identify opportunities and participate in SQA process improvement and refinement. # Highly capable in adopting and enforcing relevant processes to achieve prescribed quality expectations. # Excellent ability to deliver technical artifacts on time with high quality. Desired Profile: o Good working experience in Test Management, Quality Assurance, conducting reviews, Auditing, Configuration Management and Release Management. o Good working experience in writing test plans, test cases and conduct reviews of Functional Specifications and Tech Specs o Execute System Test cases and report the results o Ability to review the various project artifacts o Ability to mange SQA Team of 3 to 5 Engineers o Experience in Onshore and Offshore project model o Good/Strong manual testing skills using .Net technologies (VB.NET, ASP.NET, XML,), SQL Server 2000/2005, IIS, be able to write and review SQL scripts. o Experience in using Mercury Test suite o Commitment to deliver a high quality software product If you meet the above skill sets, kindly apply online.
